Justice for All co-signed the March 20, 2020 NGO letter to Congressional leaders demanding that immigrants not be excluded from two crucial bills designed to assist families and individuals impacted by the virus.
Current legislation, unfortunately, withholds assistance to certain categories of legal residents, including DACA and mixed status households, and Green Card holders that have been in the USA less than five years. In a Pandemic disaster, the health of one affects the health of all. We cannot ignore the physical and financial health of anyone at this time of crisis.
